Here is one more article to demonstrate that, no it's not that difficult to purchase clothes that respect the humans making them or from surrounding communities and/or that are eco-friendly too, while giving you that super trendy look that will make heads turn!
Let's explore together the ways you can adapt this fall's trends straight from the runway to a more everyday style!
Novelty Prints
I love this trend, it's fun, bold, colorful and daring! What more do we need to fight the fall blues?
Those two yellow dresses are perfect: long sleeves to protect you from the colder temperatures, yet in beautiful citrus colors for you to shine in the last fall sun's rays! I love the animal prints too! The third dress is quite original too, I love the fact that it's quite a classic cut with the Peter Pan collar but paired with such a fun print!
Plaid
No, plaid does not necessarily means that old picnic blanket that lies at the bottom of your parents' car trunk! Just look at what's been shown on the runway!
Look at this cute versions as adapted by People Tree! Personally I prefer the dress. Cause it's called Julia like me :)
I also fell in love with this adorable dress by ASOS Africa, especially the colors, mix of prints and perfect cut (not sure about the collar though?). So, hum, EVERYTHING really. Coming up soon so watch out for their new collection!
UPDATE: ASOS Africa's new collection is finally out and it looks fab!
Florals (size them up!)
I really like those big pink flower prints, especially on the shawl!

Here are some options from People Tree that are easier to wear on a daily basis:
Also brand new from ASOS Africa:
I absolutely love the mix of those two floral prints together, it's bold and the result is very stylish!
With a more classic print and colours (black and white is always a safe bet!) but still with a playful look to it, this playsuit is well-thought and you know how I feel about playsuits... (hint: LOVE) Make sure you check the rest of the collection though, so many more cool items!
Sheer
Now don't tell me
Rihanna's custom made gown (by designer Adam Selman) doesn't have anything to do with that one...
Anyway it's been seen EVERYWHERE! Sheer, sheer, sheer, let's show some skin ladies! I went a bit overboard but I had to show you how all my favorites designers played with transparency, some more subtle than others, gorgeous in any case!
So if you don't feel quite ready yet to expose yourself like this or you just a more everyday look here are some suggestions:
